With a passion for travel that started with a 7 year “round the world” backpacking adventure in the early 90s it wasn’t too long before Tyler found himself working in the family company - Bob Wood Travel Group. His mentor (and mother) Judy Wood was developing the Australian International Cruise Market at the time and being one of the first professional Ground Operators in Australia Tyler naturally gravitated to Cruise Division recognizing it as an emerging market at the time. Now with over 11 years experience in this field Tyler’s continues on with good work that Judy started often speaking at regional conferences and working with tourism bodies to implement quality industry standards that international cruise lines have come to expect.
Jay McKenzie (Ms) - Director
Jay’s twenty years in the Tourism industry has been based principally in New Zealand owning an award winning Travel Company. Her extensive travels over this time have seen her experience some of the most amazing destinations the world has to offer. However cruising has always been her major passion and so the opportunity to move to Australia and join one of the most successful ground operators was too good an opportunity to miss. Now with Australia her adopted home, she is focussed on making Australia the number one destination of choice for all cruisers. With an expertise in all operational aspects of the Cruise Industry you’ll most likely to find Jay down at the port amongst coaches and passengers.
